In the non-profit Pfennigparade Foundation, people with and without disabilities, of different ages, backgrounds, nationalities and professions work together to make the future better and fairer. The foundation’s goal is a society in which people with and without disabilities live together in an uncomplicated way in all areas of life and inspire each other. 2500 employees with and without disabilities work in around 80 facilities and services.
